At The Crystal Cult, every piece is created with care. As many of our items are handmade or made to order, shipping times reflect the time required to craft your order to our standards.

 

 

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 weeks.

This allows time for your items to be handmade, quality checked, and carefully prepared for dispatch.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.

Pre-Orders (Eclipse Collection & Selected Drops)
Items purchased during a pre-sale (including The Eclipse Collection) are made to order after the pre-sale ends.

 

 

  • Estimated delivery: 6–8 weeks from the end of the pre-sale period
  • These timelines are clearly stated on product pages and at checkout

By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree to these extended timelines.

 

 

Shipping Times

 

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • UK: 1–3 working days
  • International: 5–10 working days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on the courier.

 

 

 

Tracking

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Every Crystal Cult piece is handmade and not mass produced. This means slight variations may occur, and production times may vary slightly during busy periods.

We believe this is what makes each piece special.

Delays

 

While we always aim to meet our timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High demand or peak periods
  • Supplier delays
  • Courier issues outside of our control

We will always keep you updated where possible and appreciate your patience.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by The Crystal Cult.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
