How it works...

We're so glad you've chosen The Crystal Cult for your Custom Costume Consultation!

Our dresses and costumes are made for everyone— you name it, we’ll make it happen! We love bringing your vision to life and will work closely with your budget, offering you 3 unique design options to choose from.

1. Info & Consultation: Complete the form below and hit send. This will give us an idea of what styles and colours you might like! We will then chat to you and provide you with 3 designs - we’ll amend this up to 3 times for free.

2. Design: If would like a face to face meeting to colour match and measure up - we are based in Staffordshire. However, if you are based far away we can send you a tape measure and arrange a video call to guide you through the process.

3. Deposit: Once you’ve chosen your favourite design and fabrics have been finalised, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your order. This deposit covers materials such as mesh, Lycra, other fabric, threads, rhinestones, and pattern work.

4. Dress Creation: After the deposit is received, we will begin creating your costume. If you like, we will provide photos and videos of us creating your design.

5. Production Time: Dresses and costumes typically take 6-8 weeks to complete. An additional fee will be applied for expedited orders. Please note, we can offer team outfits but these will have different lead times.

6. Final Payment: Once the magic is finished, we will share photos and videos of the completed costume and issue an invoice for the remaining balance. Once the final payment has cleared, your costume will be shipped to you!

7. Enjoy: We hope you love wearing your custom costume as much as we loved creating it!

Deposits and final payments will be processed through a private product link on our website, www.TheCrystalCult.co.uk. This personalised link will be sent directly to you for secure payment.

Please Note: Design sketches are artistic interpretations of your custom costume. Final colours, textures, and features may vary slightly due to material availability and the handmade nature of the process.
