Returns & Exchanges

At The Crystal Cult, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully created. Many of our items are handmade or made to order, which means our returns policy reflects the craftsmanship behind each product.

Accessories (Leg Warmers, Gloves, Headbands & More)

Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear images so we can resolve this promptly.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces (Costumes, Jackets & Bespoke Designs)

All custom pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on all custom orders. This secures your design, materials, and production time.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty, we will of course make this right. Where a resolution cannot be achieved, a refund may be offered at our discretion.

The Eclipse Collection (Activewear)

We are pleased to offer returns and exchanges on all Eclipse Collection pieces.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Items must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you require a different size or style, we recommend requesting a return (where eligible) and placing a new order to secure your item.

General Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
